In the last decade, we have closely tracked the flow of business in the Thermal Spray Industry shifting from the Developed Worlds in USA and Europe to the Developing and Fast Developing Areas of Asia and sometimes Africa.

Our Customers continue to believe in us for Hitech and Quick Solutions to their Thermal Spray requirements, be it Machines or Consumables! We are sure that the Core of the Industry shall completely shift to Asia within the next Decade, keeping us in good stead with our Asian Customer. The Asian Customer is truly unique as he demands the best in quality and service at the most competitive prices – something that we are proud to deliver everytime – everyday!

The shift in manufacturing activity from West to East over the last decade has also resulted in Welding requirements shifting at an equally rapid pace. We project this acceleration to continue. Markets will continue their shift from USA and Europe to Asia and progressively to Africa in the coming years and decades. Our large Customer base in Asia and rapidly expanding base in Africa is proof of the fabrication shift to Asia and Africa. MIG and SAW Wires shall continue to replace Electrodes as more and more Automation takes place in Industry and on Fabrication Sites.

We are providing our Customers most types of MIG and SAW Wires – these are used by the LPG Cylinder and Tank manufacturers for their Welding Requirements. MIG Wires are usually supplied in ER70S6 grade in 15 kg spools and SAW Wires are usually supplied in EM12K grade with 25 kg spools.

We continue to focus on Areas in which we anticipate rapid Technological advancement and progress. Fiberglass is one such area that has rapidly expanded its use in the last decade and we anticipate a manifold growth in Volumes and Technology in this Field. Our Customers continue to demand E Glass and ECR products such as MATs for Pipe Manufacturing as well as S Glass and Graphite Fiberglass Products for more sophisticated requirements. Various Webbing products continue to do well with our Tech-savvy Customers who choose quality over cheap inputs.
